Our Credo Commitment We are responsible to our employees, contractors and partners, the men and women who work with us throughout the world… we must ensure that we provide a safe and healthy work environment for all persons working on our behalf. We are responsible to the communities in which we live and work and to the world community as well … We must maintain in good order the property we are privileged to use, protecting the environment and its natural resources.

Compliance with the laws and regulations of the locations where we operate is the minimum expectation. We strive to meet and exceed Johnson & Johnson Global EH&S Standards. We additionally strive to establish and to maintain EH&S management systems in accordance with international standards.

We are committed to the prevention of occupational injuries and illnesses and we will endeavor to promote well-being and encourage healthy life styles. We all share the responsibility to follow established policies and procedures, for working in a safe manner, for helping to identify conditions that might cause injury, illness or property damage, and for taking the appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
Prevention of Pollution Environmental stewardship is integrated into our business plans and decisions – including in the design, production, distribution and support of our products and services. Suppliers and customers are encouraged to promote responsible use of our products throughout their life-cycles. We identify and successfully manage the significant environmental aspects of our business activities, and deploy and promote cost-effective environmental technologies and procedures.

Communication This Policy is communicated to all persons working on our behalf and it is available to stakeholders upon request. Reporting EH&S concerns and frequent dialog with management are strongly encouraged and immediate action is paramount to all EH&S concerns. We are committed to a culture that protects the health and safety of all employees and preserves the environment for future generations.
