Identifying characteristics of illegally relabeled/repackaged OneTouch® Ultra® Test Strips. Each lot has been identified as being within its labeled expiration date and may be available for sale in the United States. To be identified as illegally relabeled/repackaged product, each package/vial must meet all five (5) criteria listed for that lot number (i.e. package count, lot number, expiration date, control solution range, calibration code).
