Instructions for Download and Installation
- First ensure that your OneTouch USB Cable is unplugged from your PC.
- Choose the Download link and save the installation file to your PC. The file is named USBDriverSetup.exe. You may choose the location where you wish to save it.
- Once the file is saved on your PC, locate it and double-click on the file name.
- You will be presented with InstallShield instructional messages. Follow these instructions.
- Once installation is complete, you can begin using your OneTouch Interface Cable.
Additional Information: Performing an "Uninstall"
If you need to uninstall the driver at some point in the future, follow either of these two options.
Option 1: Uninstall from the Windows® Program Menu
- Select the "Start" button, then open the "Programs" option, and then choose "OneTouch USB Driver - Uninstall"
- You will be presented with InstallShield instructional messages. Follow these instructions.
- Select "Yes" to reboot your PC when prompted. It is recommended that other running programs be shut down before rebooting.
Option 2: Uninstall from the Windows® Control Panel
- Open the "Control Panel" and choose the icon for "Add/Remove Programs."
- Locate and highlight "OneTouch USB Driver." Select "Remove."
- You will be presented with InstallShield instructional messages. Follow these instructions.
- Select "Yes" to reboot your PC when prompted. It is recommended that other running programs be shut down before rebooting.
